Is this a VAM 4? Look it to me. Full size pic here, asking for grade:

If so, with the shape of the coin, does it have a premium value as a Top 100, or just silver content coin?

It is a VAM-4 which is actually more common than the initial R4 assessment might suggest. Sellers are always trying to fetch a premium for it but it's not a premium worthy Top100 VAM in my opinion. But, you have to admit the features are cool..

I wonder if there's a way to remove the cleaning streaks on the coin? I have an '83 O in MS63 so I don't need it for my collection. Might throw it in there if I can remove the streaks, etc. Yea, it would still be cleaned but neat non the less.
