I'm no expert in Ancient coins and I have this example, and I don't know what it is. All I know is that the ruler of this coin is Constantine III. Would any of you happen to know its authenticity, grade, value, and history? It appears to be in great condition for a coin this old, but it almost looks too good to be true. Thanks for your thoughts!

Looking back, this coin may not be Constantine III. What ruler is this coin from?

This is a denarius of the Roman emperor Caracalla, one of the worse emperors he had his brother Geta murdered.

Indeed, Caracalla.

ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM / P M TR P XVIII COS IIII P P. (These titles indicate that this was issued during 215AD).
Pax standing half-left, holding branch and scepter
RIC 268, RSC 314, BMC 147.

The COS IIII demonstrates something that a lot of people don't realise - the Romans didn't use their numerals like we use them now ('subtractive notation' today, 'additive notation' then). Writing IV wouldn't mean four - it meant you had written down 6 wrong. Subtractive notation was popularised in the 13th century.
