I had posted some pictures a while back from coins that were from the same roll. I have some better close-up's and wanted a new set of eyes. One of the mint marks looks layered, is this due to age? Die Deterioration? As always, thank you for your time!! There are pictures of 2 different coins, 1 each. Any suggestions for getting picture to upload? I always have trouble using the Image Optimizer!!

Not an RPM. That's Machine Doubling, because the size of the mintmark has been reduced in size.

Sometimes I do get tired, but I am usually pretty patience most of the time. So both of your coins all displays Machine Doubling. You got that "layered" look from the die sliding during the strike. The mintmark was reduced in size.
