Panther Pillar of the Community United States 751 Posts	Posted 02/09/2019 4:04 pm The cent has a variety of issues, and they appear that they may be PSD, PMD, but on the other hand they also appear that they could be errors. The tops of the letters seem sharp and full height. Is that still Struck through or some form of damage to the coin ? Dan Report this Post to the Staff
coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/09/2019 7:36 pm What causes that is that when a die is discovered with some grease on the die, they will wipe it down with a cloth. This pushes the grease into certain parts of the die filling some of them, and others with no grease in them on the same device: Report this Post to the Staff
