I believe the obverse may be "FREDRICVS DEI GRA REX NORV." See:

I think it's most likely 1525, that section of the legend is in pretty poor shape.
Anyone have a guess on the value of this coin?. I'm seeing some pretty high auction amounts on these coins, even for ones in similar condition.
