In my Red Book, coin condition values for dimes minted 1934 and later start at F-12 and don't list G-4 and VG-8. I have several dimes in 1934 and later that do not meet the F-12 criteria but do meet what would be G-4 and VG-8. I'd like to know their values.

Most of the silver dimes after 1931 have almost difference in value in low grades. Their value is mostly dependent on the value of their silver content or melt value.

So take the F-12 value for anything in lesser condition as the estimate?

Starting from 1934 they don't hold any value other than silver melt in G-04 - VG-8 . Common and high mintage contribute .

If you google "silver melt value", you can get current values. Right now it's around 11.2x face amount.
