This is the first small dollar error ive found. While I was looking for a wide rim 79, the first one I found was this one. Upon later inspection I noticed a small rim Cud on the obverse. I know the wide rim alone commands a premium, but is there any added value due to the Cud? Any help would be greatly appreciated,
-XoG

It's hard to tell from your photo, and I'm no expert, but are you sure it's a near date? I don't think the rim Cud is large enough to add any value.

Hi,

It appears to be the Wide Rim Variety (Near Date) and the little rim Cud doesn't add any value to the coin. In this condition it is worth maybe $3.00 to $5.00 tops.

Thanks,
Bill
