I am trying to learn to Identify RPM's from other look alike causes. I'm looking for opinions and reasons on this 42D. what does the community think?

Not an RPM. It's Machine Doubling, since the devices have been reduced in size and it is shelflike in appearance.

The doubling looks shelf-like to me, so I agree with @E&V that it is MD. Not an RPM.

Thanks for your help. I had heard of Machine Doubling but wasn't sure how to id it. Will do better on pictures next time. Just learning how to get things on here. I love the site so far.
