Looks like Tetricus but with the blundered legend, it could also be Victorinus (though I reckon this is a blundered ...T(TRI..., rather than ...ICTR...) - certainly it is a barbarous radiate supposed to represent a Gallic emperor.
I've been looking into these little coins recently, and I reckon this one matches well with the designs seen from the East of Britain (especially the layout of the figure's arms, with a horizontal line across the top of the torso terminating in curves that join to the objects held, which is how a lot of the coins are laid out in that batch I got from East Anglia).I couldn't find a good official match for this type, but I think this description is believable:
Female figure (presumably Pax?), radiate, standing right by a sacrifical jug(?), head left, olive branch in left hand, scepter in right.
I'm just guessing that the onion to the right is a jug, based on some of the stylised jugs seen on imitations of Tetricus II. The whole design is odd, because the figure is female, but is wearing a radiate crown. The onion might well be based on other things, such as an Ivy leaf, a peacock, a lyre or perhaps even a child. Perhaps someone will come along who recognises what it is supposed to be.
