Thanks everyone! And Prizm, I'm not using anything fancy for the full coin shots. Pick up a Canon S95 for about $50 on ebay and you'll get the same camera I've got. The close-ups are with a high end AmScope but I mostly cheat and just use my iPhone through the lens instead of the onboard camera. Phones take excellent macro photos with the right lens attachments.
