But it is more than just the initials that are affected. Note the EPU it is smaller than normal (incuse devices DDR)    and the ONE CENT is larger. (raised devices DDR).   A nice coin I have a 2013 DDR just about the exact same DDR.

Thank you Coop for the images! As you said, we need to remember that the EPU gets thin and distorted, since that part of the die is incuse.
