This 1984 P has all kinds of stuff going on. There appears to be railroading on the OBV starting at 9:00 left of the nose, and ending jUst above the 'I' in Liberty. There may be doubling in the motto and date devices but really can' tell
On the RVS there is railroading starting over the right post of the 'U' of United, and ending over the top of the 'C' in America. Also there appears to be severe DD and massive VLDS in all the fields and on the devices. Input and correction are very much welcomed.
