PCGS - April 18th and 19th represent two notable dates in the American Revolution, both of which are featured on this PCGS MS64 graded medal. Paul Revere's famous midnight ride would take place on this day in 1775, with the "shot heard round the world" to follow just one day later. The "shot" in this case refers to the battles at Lexington and Concord.

Lovely medal for sure.

Let's not forget the actual coin that was authorized to commemorate the event - 1925 Lexington-Concord Sesquicentennial Half Dollar. My MS set example is PCGS MS66/CAC:

I also had a post in this forum a year or so ago that told the story, with images, of my visits to both portrait images on the 1925 commemorative - that is the Patriot statue shown on the obverse and the Old Belfry shown on the reverse.
