Thanks. Is this unusual in nickels? I have found some lamination errors in cents before.

@ic, I agree that this is a nice lam. The mint must have struggled with this alloy as we see this with some frequency on war nckels. You could use the search box in the upper left hand corner of your screen to quickly find other examples.
