No, not a Doubled Die. Just a normal coin with stains from Post Strike Damage. It's a spender.

The best way to check to see if your coin matches it, is to look at the enclosed devices. 'R' on Trust and 'B' on Liberty. They should look exactly like this one. If it doesn't then it is probably a nomral die. (the devices were wider at this time)
