It had a piece of tape running diagonal through it so I dipped in acetone, that is considered cleaned? Maybe these are better pictures.

Unfortunately, the tape you removed left a visible tape-shaped patch running diagonally lhrough Ms. Liberty's head. Also the coin, particularly the reverse, looks cleaned. I agree with Grape that this is a details coin, although I see it as F rather than VF.

Compare to similar coins in same condition on ebay, that will give you an idea.
