It had a piece of tape running diagonal through it so I dipped in acetone, that is considered cleaned? Maybe these are better pictures.

Unfortunately, the tape you removed left a visible tape-shaped patch running diagonally lhrough Ms. Liberty's head. Also the coin, particularly the reverse, looks cleaned.
I agree with Grape that this is a details coin, although I see it as F rather than VF.

To clarify, dipping in acetone is not considered cleaning, but your coin is considered cleaned. It was polished before you ever touched it

Compare to similar coins in same condition on ebay, that will give you an idea.
