Hmmmm, will I do see a hit/scratch right above her foot. I guess there is "some" chatter in the fields.

MS Details scratch, If you zoom in you can see the scratch very clearly, otherwise a very nice coin.

After enlarging the pic I see the scratch and what looks like an attempt to efface it. Thought it was just a photo shadow originally. I'll change to MS details.

Agree it looks like an attempt was made to repair the scratch and then the coin was heavily dipped to disguise the necessary disruption of toning. But a straight net grade of MS61-62 would not surprise me
