A Small Date over Large Date only exist only on the 1960 D. It doesn't even exist on the 1982 LMC's. You have a normal Small Date cents with common Die Cracks on the reverse.

Die wear, devices begin to look a bit thicker as the die ages.

The 2 has circulation damage, distorting the appearance.

Here is a side by side of the difference between the large date and small date 1982 cents. It is not just the date that is affected.
