Can't tell anything from those pictures. Need complete photo of Obverse with larger, clearer and rotated photos to grade. Have to be able to see all the detail.

  both sides will help , but a coin book (with photos )is a good way to tell. good luck and happy hunting  anyone see the no no in the last pic ?

Any modern American 1 cent coin that is "worthy" of slabbing could might lose a grade or 2 if it is touched with the fingers, as is in this case.

Looks to be an impaired proof, worth about 10 cents.
