1944-Penny-Circulation-Error-Or-Actual-Error?

Hey everyone, I am new to this coin stuff and just wanted some opinions on this 1944 Penny. I'm not sure if this is a circulation error or an actual rare error.

I moved your post to the appropriate section for the proper attention.

Can you get a closeup? hard to tell if a lamination issue or something else.

Tough to tell from your pictures but Looks like a very nice lamination error. Great find for circulation.

This is a major lamination flaw that has peeled away. It may not be worth much, but it is a definite keeper to me.

to CCF Medixo.
Just wondering if that would be a de-lam or a lam that has peeled away? What does the reverse look like? As to value I am guessing $5-$10
