To CCF , The 1936-P you saw for $800 might have been a doubled die obverse . But there's a lot to take into consideration , condition of coin, circulated or uncirculated, etc. The front ( obverse ) of your coin needs to be much larger to evaluate .

I hate to say but from what I have seen most of the coins on Etsy are priced out of this world and not worth much. Be careful!!

Yeah , I know it's far fetched but what if Etsy's 36 is indeed a nice 1936 DDO And warrants the price tag ?

actually I have been looking closely at it it is a DDO and a DDR witch as far as I can find out does not exist and the strike on the l is another thing I'm trying to understand if you look at liberty you can see the doubled on the t and also on the r and u on the back there is more doubled on the e pluribus

Even if it was DDO, at that grade it's hardly worth $100 let alone $800+. If those are the seller's images I don't see how you could "look closely" at it.
