Open to all opinions on this one, everyone.

The coin is thinner between the 4:30 and 7:30 area.

I'm thinking more like 4:28 and 7:34. Is that AM or PM?

Nice find! Definitely a keeper and worthy of a 2x2. It was Struck Through Grease and the 1 in the date is thinner, because of an Over Polished die issue.

All jokes aside, I've never seen a struck through with just one numeral showing on the date.

I had one pretty much just like that maybe a year or so ago. Really neat when you look at it and just see that strong "1" and nothing else. I sold it at auction but don't remember what it went for or could give you an idea of value.

Very cool find. I suggest checking the FG initals for RDV-005 and 006, to narrow down the time period.

I cannot tell if it is RDV-005 or RDV-006.

And it is a WAM.

Thanks for the clue!

Here are some pics of the FG.

It's tough to tell with your coin, but I'm thinking RDV-005. So 1982-1988.

That is a '1' big Struck Through Grease error. I think it is a RDV-005. Note how the top of the 'G' extends to the east. Also the RDV-006 reverse I've not seen with a weak 'FG' (die worn) example.
