2005 P Jefferson Ocean In View DDR Or Not

I am not very much into Jeffersons but was going through some mint sets and this 2005-P OIV jumped out at me. The letters are thicker than an average strike, the tree branches are fuller and the waves are larger. Though I would let the Jefferson experts take a look at this and see what they think.

I don't see sufficient width to represent doubling but I've not studied the 2005 coins closely. Appears to be a very nice 2005 though, few marks.
