Have a 1968 Philadelphia mint set unopened but I think it has at least one error coin. Should I open?

I believe doubling on both the Philadelphia and San Francisco but the San Francisco is also off center strike.
You can zoom on pics . It's hard to capture close up with the plastic still on.

Looks pretty normal to me. I wouldn't open it. I'd leave it the way it is.

All the 1968 cents looked like that because of an master hub issue that was spreading through the years. The next year they created a new master hub. (1969)
