Have A 1968 Philadelphia Mint Set With An Error Coin, Can I Open?

itsonlymoney Valued Member United States 142 Posts	Posted 02/26/2019 05:49 am I believe doubling on both the Philadelphia and San Francisco but the San Francisco is also off center strike. You can zoom on pics . It's hard to capture close up with the plastic still on. Report this Post to the Staff
