So, after stumbling across this little find I was curious as to what you all would feel this might be worth. I believe that the price being asked was $150

Is it worth that, more, or less?

It is not a Cud. A lamination of some kind. Value,? What does it weigh?
Check the bay sold values for a similar piece.

Its a lamination problem, not a Cud.
The area at the bottom has become detached and
the area at the top has folded over.
Hard to give a value on something like that as
it depends on what a collector is willing to pay.
I would say $150.00 is a little on the high side
for a Lam.

Nice find. It's a Lamination, not a Cud. A Cud would only involve the rim and some parts of the fields. It would be raised above the surfaces and the reverse side would be showing weakness do to the lack of metal, causing it to not fill in. Here's what real Cuds look like. http://cuds-on-coins.com/jefferson-...s-1990-1999/

A couple of very interesting lamination issues. (One has already peeled off) Looks like 50% of the reverse had a lamination issue. One peeled off, one still attached and the third still in place.
