No I've never worked for a grading company. I worked at one job for 45 years until I retired. (31 years at the last company) Grading is so often not always correct for me. I see a coin on PCGS and it is usually over graded from what I see. I guess I'm tougher on grades of coins. I seldom grade a coin. it is to much a bother to me. When I grade a coin, it is
if I'm buying a coin. I prefer earlier grade coins, third part graders count
Machine Doubling as part of the process of striking. To me it is undesirable. They don't consider die states. I do. So, I'm very picky about what I buy. I'm getting to the point where I need to sell my collection. Buy a lot less.
