What would you say the grade of this would be? To me it looks like it has been cleaned, unfortunately.

Cleaned. Fortunately it's a common date and easily replaced with a higher grade if desired.

Ok I'm a newby, how do you know it's been cleaned? And if it's been cleaned how bad does it affect the grade?

Sorry, SilverDollar2017, I could not get any better lighting on these pictures. I am searching for a better method to take them. So far, I have tried my Samsung Note 8 and a Plugable digital 250x microscope. I have yet to try the DSLR. That will be my next attempt.
