Split plating on the reverse between the devices and the rim and on the outsides of the Memorial. The 'FG' look pretty much normal. (no doubling Light reflection issue) Obverse devices look like the coin was squashed. Pretty much a normal coin. sorry.

That's crazy because I have 2 1992 D pennies that look exactly like this, and mines definitely not light reflection.... More like a variety is what I think!!
