@trilobite3, first welcome to CCF. Second, while posting your coins right side up will definitely help us, equally important is telling us what you are seeing so that we don't have to guess. For example, I see a slight amount of MAD on the obverse, but I'm not sure that this addresses your question. Please give us more information to go on.

It looks like it was struck off center the outer ring of the coin only covers half the coin

Not an error. It's called a mis-aligned die and has no attached premium.

The die was slightly misaligned.

It is a misaligned die (MAD). This is very common, especially one this minor.
