I received my 10 coins back from anacs.
I read lot of collectors don't like anacs.
I like these holders, mostly for viewing from above in a slab box.
How many years has this current holder been used.
I did fairly well at the grading.
I got 4 exactly right, 4 I was 1 off, I said 63 and they came in 62, I got 1 more right but it had been cleaned, my expected 65 was a 62.
Are there any anacs plans for changing holder soon.

Some people like ANACS, some don't. You get what you pay for.

I like them for a quick turnaround time.

Buy the coin. ANACS is ok, but those yellow holders are a bit ugly. I wish they would change them.

I read lot of collectors don't like anacs. Many do and many don't.

I like these holders, mostly for viewing from above in a slab box. That is a nice feature.

How many years has this current holder been used. Quite a few years now. I'd guess 10 years.

Are there any anacs plans for changing holder soon. Not that I am aware of. As noted above a change away from the bright yellow insert would be a good move.

I really like the top-view as well, but I wish ANACS/PCGS/NGC would agree on the dimensions of the slabs. Most of my slabs are PCGS and they fit nicely in a PCGS box, as they naturally would. But the ANACS slabs just bounce around in there.

Sure, I could splurge on a nice box that holds everything, but there's no point in a nice box that stays in storage most of the time, and those boxes are too big for my storage area in the first place.

First World collectors' problems.

PCGS slabs are optically superior and scratch resistant and water resistant. NGC slab are sturdy for sure but want to charge for the scratch resistant versions. Both are physically superior to lower tier TPGs.

The yellow label slabs, since about August 2008. Their slabs have had the information viewable from above since Feb 2005.

Unless you are with ANACS I don't know how you would have any clue if they planned on changing their slab or when. And I would imagine most of the rank and file at ANACS wouldn't know until relatively shortly before it happened.
