Wexler does not show this as an RPM but Ken Potter's book does. Am I seeing things again or is there a second D just to the left of the primary?

Your coin is showing heavy die flow lines from being in a Very Late Die State. I can also see slight Machine Doubling as well.

There does look to be Die Deterioration but the top serif does look like it has a notch.
Maybe a clearer image of the MM might help.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

The date has the same mark as on the mint mark in the same direction. Not a RPM. Machine Doubling.
