Ive read several post about small date / large date searched several images but just cant seem to figure it out. I'm not an experienced collector ive just collected pocket change and random coins since I was a kid. The small date version: the bottom of the 7 is even with the 0 & the inner hook of the nine points east towards the 7 instead of down at the mint mark. You could put a business card across the top of the date & see the 7 sits lower. Hope that helps! Google image small date large date for good comparisons ;) Report this Post to the Staff
