I see a double strike with a strike-through error. The grammatically questionable term "indent" is used in the hobby to designate an indentation from a planchet. Indentations from other sources are called "strike-throughs". I didn't invent the terminology, I just inherited it.

I sold a similar error on ebay a few months back for about $75.
