It looks like Coppercoins 2009P-1DR-101 coupled with 2009P-1DO-016. I don't know what SHIFT means referring to UST of TRUST. But the UST does look like it has a bigger font.

@LVLS the markers seem to match. Shift is refering to the spread I believe
