I Have A 1999 One Cent With Multiple Errors Including An " ! " Below Date?

You should be able to depress them with a wooden toothpick. Collects82 Pillar of the Community United States 1316 Posts	Posted 03/10/2019 12:17 pm These bubbles are not so much an error but poor engineering and manfufactur by the mint since they converted to the zinc based cents. These zinc coins are known for rapidly rotting away. Report this Post to the Staff
