This is not like the others. As soon as I picked it up I felt the difference. Thickness texture . Color.

That's called toning. It can happen when it's exposed to the environment.

Also the weight will be the same for both coins. The rim edge is what you are seeing. The rim is just taller. I've seen that on the 1996-2000 cents years ago. Normal weight, just taller rim. Both spenders. Also the edges can get raised from spending time in a commercial clothes dryer. The rims can wrap around the edge.
