That's called Die Deterioration, not a Broadstrike. There's a huge difference between the two. The die starts to age and slowly breaks down everytime it strikes planchets. This is a normal consequences of die use. Here's what a Broadstrike looks like. http://www.error-ref.com/broadstrikes/
