That's called Die Deterioration, not a Broadstrike. There's a huge difference between the two. The die starts to age and slowly breaks down everytime it strikes planchets. This is a normal consequences of die use. Here's what a Broadstrike looks like. http://www.error-ref.com/broadstrikes/

If you like you can do a right click on my images and create your own educational image files. Or you can copy a page and add it to a word page. I have over 100 pages of information on my computer on just thread information. I also use close to 10K images to help everyone see what I see on their coin.

If you bought the coin, you may have lost money. But if you found it in circulation, then your the winner. Not because of the value of the coin, but the value of knowing what it is. The mixt time you find one of these, you will know what it is. Knowledge is the prize. Now when you are asked a question about this, you can show them this image and have the right answer. (providing you copied the image that is) But do a right click on the image on your mouse and start you own educational files for your own reference to share with others.
