What was it about the coin that did not pan out ?
All the seller claimed was it was a PCGS MS 65RD.
The only legitimate complaint would be if the coin were not as listed. It seems disingenuous to buy a coin for what one thinks it might be, rather than what is actually is. If it turns out it was not what one thinks it might be, you would have two choices, search for a coin listed at what you are looking for, or take your chances and then you must keep the coin. Which you chose to do, and that is the RIGHT thing to do.
It would be like bidding on a 1909-S
LWC, and only bidding because you thought you could see the letters VDB on the reverse. Then returning the coin because it was actually a 1909-S
LWC, exactly as listed by the seller. That's just wrong. And yes I would block any bidder that did that.
