1965 Dime Partial Clad With Some Damage

Seeing some of the scratches makes me wonder if the clad has been forcibly removed?

Weight = 2.03 g
Normal Clad Dime Weight = 2.268 g +/- 0.091 g
Thickness @ T = 1.11 mm
Thickness @ Date = 1.27 mm
Normal Dime thickness = 1.35 mm
Dime clad layer thickness = 180.34 microns (+/-25.4 microns)

That looks like a genuine mint error.
