There's an interesting thread about this seller on the PCGS forum. Apparently someone was able to match several of this seller's listings with items sold by heritage in details and problem holders. The seller was using the heritage pictures directly. The quaint story about a safe found in a pottery store seems to be a fairy tale.
In regard to this coin, it is low grade but there should be interest at the great price the OP acquired it for.
Not a fan of such heavily worn cents but at least this one has a smooth planchet, without the heavy corrosion so often seen. Certainly the buyer got a recognizable example of this difficult type at a low price.
