NO, it's a weak strike, which is actually average for the issue. Look at GOD WE TRUST, the hair at the top of the head and the shoulder. Those are all weak. Compare those areas to my coin. I remember how hard is was to find one without "flat hair". That area is opposite the shoulder and the dies struggle to fully fill (lots of metal to move) leaving those flat spots. The mint kept changing things up to eliminate the problem but all it did was move around. This issue absolutely plagues Memorial cents. Challenge, try to find a MS red 2006 sent without any flat hair spots. GOOD LUCK! I'm still seeking perfect hair and steps on a 2006.
