The obverse look like a 1700's evasion token. Seems to say George Gordon. Reverse is not "clicking". The evasion tokens are similar to US "Not One Cent" coins. A facsimile of an existing coin that evades breaking any laws by changing something enough that it becomes technically legal.

Confusing! The obverse does seem to be George Gordon Evasion in style, but the strike is different. Looks almost "cartoonish", which makes me think it is a copy from some later date. Unfortunately your Worthpoint link only shows the obverse, so we don't know if it matches the reverse.
The Reverse looks more like the trade tokens of the late 18th century, but I can't work out which one. Reminds me of one of the provincial towns - Norwich or similar. The pairing of this with an evasion obverse I have not seen before.
Overall the strike does not look right for the evasions or tokens of the 18th century. How thick is it and what does it weigh? It looks thin from the pictures, which makes me think it is a later copy.
In any case, a George Gordon evasion in that condition books around £20.

I have looked completely through my copy of D&H and volumes of Bell to find that shield, but it is not there. The shield reminds me of a trade or guild arms. I will keep looking and if anything comes up, will report back
