I've purchased dozens of large cents at 5 or 6 to $1 US. $1 over spot is the most I think I've ever paid for Canadian silver -- including Victoria. Much of it is G/VG, but some significantly better. At one coin show more than a decade ago, I purchased 20 1960s silver dollars at $4.50 each when melt was $8-9. Still have them. And don't get me started on the $300 in current Canadian coins that I've picked up at 5 or 6 to $1 US -- mostly Loonies and Twonies. Edited by Arkie 03/14/2019 08:14 am Report this Post to the Staff
