Also use one light. You maybe using just one light, but you getting secondary light from perhaps a room light or from a window. But the glare is deceiving you on this one. All the devices sizes look normal from what I can see. On the EPU, the devices are incuse. (raised on the die, so it is easy to see Machine Doubling that looks enlarged. But on a doubled die on incuse devices the opposite happens. The devices are reduced, not enlarged.
