Just want to confirm my speculation! The edges on both sides look extra deep/thick. Thanks in advance as always!
Cheers!

Does not look like a Dryer Coin.

Is the edge of the coin rounded over at all?

Yes it is master. This penny "appears" to be slightly thinner compared to other pennies

What I find interesting is the last '0' in the date is lower than the others.

I've seen the edges look like that before on new coins. But the image looks out of round, but it maybe from the image taken at a slant on the coin. But looks pretty normal other wise.

If the edge is rounded over it's a Dryer Coin.

Not a Dryer Coin, because the whole edge is not affected. Check out other new coins on the edges.
