Re-Grade Worth It For A 98.6% Gold 1926 Czech Dukat?

This 1928 has the same % gold content but with a slightly different-looking knight. This one is a 64 and a very similar one to use for comparative purposes. Take note especially of the lion's body down from its shoulders. Also inspect/compare the fields surrounding the knight. In light of the additional expenses to have the 1926 one regraded I ideally would prefer to get a majority of opinions stating that the current 63 of the 1926 could probably move up to a 64 etc: https://www.PCGS.com/cert/35053001 Report this Post to the Staff
