New to forum. This appears to be something that happened in pressing, as the flaw does not traverse the edge of coin. Any thoughts? Could the planchet have been flawed before press?
Thank you.

Thank you Jim0815! Fairly common? Should I set aside as valuable?

It is not that strong, but is a minor error coin. A nickel error collector might be interested?

Personally I love this one, because it's rim to rim. I've never found anything rim to rim. Nice find!

I would keep it. Very nice rim to rim delamination.
