Found this 1934 LWC in a penny roll earlier today. Weighs 2.6 grams. Any ideas?

Not sure what it is exactly, but it looks like some type of error coin.

Looks to be an off center strike and not a MAD. But the weight made me think tapered planchet.

First question: What is the weight?
Second question: Is the diameter smaller than a normal cent?
The reason I as is that the design doesn't look like an off center. The edge looks like it was reduced. So an image of that area would be great.u

The coin was cut down to pass as a dime in a vending machine. I do not see any signs of metal flow in the devices along the incomplete edge, as you would expect if the metal was missing before the strike. I expect it will weigh in about 5% light.

Weighs in at 2.6 grams, and has a diameter of about 17.9mm - exact size of a dime.
