1989-D Lincoln Penny Doubling And Plating Errors

Just came across this 1989 D Lincoln Penny with noticeable obverse and reverse errors.

Obverse: clear doubling on TRUST, date, and mintmark, but looks like typical Machine Doubling.

Reverse: this is where it gets interesting. Top half is still silver, and there are major doubling issues. Every reverse feature is effected.

I've seen this type of doubling on late 80's reverse sides before, but nothing this extreme. Any thoughts?

to CCF. Obverse looks like DDD,die deterioration doubling and the reverse is split copper plating.
