Hello, I have come across this what appears to be an old spanish coin weighing that of a 2 reale , is there any description could one help and maybe a value? Thanks!

Not really my area of collecting but I believe this is not a coin but a Jeton from the area of Flanders current day Belgium and Holland.

I can see why echizento made the token suggestion, as the dark patina on your coin makes it look like bronze rather than silver.
But I agree the legends look close to those in the link you posted, and to a coin like this with mint mark T for Toledo (though the coin in the catalog shows the T on the other side of the shield): https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces131232.html
